Inward Camino

"The labyrinth literally reintroduces the experience of walking a clearly defined path. This reminds us that there is a path, a process that brings us to unity, to the center of our beings. In the simple act of walking, the soul finds solace and peace." - Lauren Artress

Program Overview

  • This 12-day Inward Camino labyrinth starts from Saint Jean Pied de Port and crosses the scenic French Pyrenees into the colorful La Rioja wine region, covering over ~240km (~150 miles)

  • Our group size is limited to 4-8 pilgrims to keep the program personally rich

  • The Camino that has held and continues to hold pilgrims going through life transition- a much needed pause, entering adulthood, parenthood, mid-life, elderhood, gender transition, a career change, an illness, retirement, a change in relationship, spiritual awakening, among other events that voluntarily or involuntarily takes one out of one's comfort zone.

  • As a rite of passage, the Camino is a physical manifestation of a spiritual journey by purposely severing from one's daily world, walking into one's inner center and back out again to the outer world.

  • Inward Camino is a rite of passage helping pilgrims traverse the seasons of life through deep and honest inquiry into one's self and one's purpose in the broader web of life.
